Care designs and manufactures vacuum evaporators/concentrators thanks to its highly qualified experience of more than 20 years in the sector. Our aim is resolving customers’ environmental problems caused by manufacturing activities, providing high energy efficiency individual solutions for the reduction of waste liquid matters.
The installation of a Care’s evaporator/concentrator is easily the best system to treat hazardous and water-based solutions, allowing the recovery of water that results completely demineralised, and can be recovered up to 80-95%. A very concentrated waste liquid (5-20%) rich in pollutants results from the concentration process. On many occasions our concentrators/evaporators permit the recovery of raw materials such as nickel, chrome and copper, which can be reused for industry production.
The vacuum technology is based on the use of a heat pump, this feature improves high-energy saving of more than 40% lowering the boiling temperature (from 20 to 35° C.). It is a valid and an easy controlled solution for reducing the disposal costs.
Our product line goes from a distillate capacity of 250 – 48,000 litres per day an integrated heat pump system. We can also supply units having far capacities, which are driven by other sources of energies such as steam or hot water for the evaporation of the product and cooling tower air/water cooler for the vapour condensing.
The customer service is fundamental to our company. The customer is followed up by our efficient organization right from the start beginning with the right choice of application, plastic or metallic materials to be used for the manufacturing of units and an analysis of waste liquid matters to be treated. Our vacuum concentrators/evaporators can be applied in electroplating, pharmaceutical, food industries, mechanical processing and the treatment of percolate discharge.
Due to our qualified experience in the sector we offer to our customers a top-level technical assistance even on evaporators/concentrators by other brands, and after sales back-up service for all units. We offer training/instruction of the operator only on client’s request.
